What each alert means

Every alert says where it comes from. Community is people who were there and reported it from the app. Official is the 112 emergency service, the police, the city council, AEMET, the DGT or public transport. Agent is our system, which reads the free-text alerts of public bodies (city councils, 112), keeps the fact and the place and links to the original. We never publish personal data: if a text describes someone, it is left out before publication.

Emergency
There is a risk to life or an emergency under way. We alert you at once, at night too.
Attention
It affects the safety or the mobility of many people. Only inside your areas and with a daily cap.
Notice
Useful information with no risk. It shows on the map and in the list, but it doesn't interrupt you.
